Would you like a day of hiking through the restorative Burren landscape, forest-bathing, a wholesome farm picnic, fresh air, tranquility and laughter.

It’s time to get out, breathe in the fresh air, appreciate the beautiful Burren landscape and reconnect with nature, yourself and friends.

Siobhán Sloane of Essential Food Trails & local Burren farmer Bronagh O’Rourke have created a magical day for you on Saturday 12 September from 11am to 4pm.

What’s involved?
🥾We’ll guide you on a hike through the Burren National Park, exploring woodland, meadow and limestone pavement
🌳🧘‍♀️Help you to find stillness in a hazel wood with forest-bathing
🤽‍♀️👣 Dip your toes into tranquil Lough Bunny
🧘‍♀️👣Stretch out on limestone pavement with standing yoga poses
🧀🥖 A delicious seasonal picnic with lots of local produce

 What do I need?

All you need is good walking shoes & comfortable clothes

The hike is moderate over some uneven terrain

Bottle of water, sunscreen & hat

Join us on Saturday 12 September from 11am to 4pm

Start point is Boston Village between Gort and Kinvara on county Clare & Galway border. Eircode: H91 ERK2.
